In working with our clients, SMG's estimating department always provides bids to plan and specifications; what makes us different, is our ability to add another layer of expertise to each bid. Because we're staffed with experienced engineers, no matter the complexity of the design, our team of engineers find ways to bring design intent to fruition. We pride ourselves on our accuracy, and the time we spend with clients to discuss the details and scope of each project. Through extensive discussions, we're able to re-examine areas that can potentially have a significant affect on pricing such as attachment systems, jointing specifications, necessary stone thickness and size, as well as alternative material options. Each of which can translate into alternatives that provide significant savings for our clients and more competitive bidding when necessary.
