This new six story office tower in the heart of Beverly Hills is clad with Norwegian Emerald Green granite for the exterior facade. The north entrance is paved with a circular pattern of alternating black and white river rocks. Pine Green granite is used for all exterior side walk pavers, making this the first project to showcase the official sidewalk paver of the city. The second floor exterior mezzanine features honed Black Absolute 24" x 48" x1 1/4" mechanically attached wall veneer. All floor pavers and stair treads consist of bush hammered Black Basalt. In the south corner, the feature wall is composed of mechanically anchored cleft Black Basalt with 9" x 18" x 3" pieces. The exterior balconies and planters throughout the building are composed of Black Absolute. The bathroom vanity tops feature Calacatta Gold marble.
