The Americana at Brand a mixed-use project in Glendale, California includes 238 luxury apartments in which locally fabricated quartz surface makes up kitchens countertops. The concierge desk is made of a rich Green Onyx which is beautifully complimented by lobby floors made with a combination of Emperador Dark, Inca Gold and Crema Marfil marble. The garage kiosks are composed of Inca Gold marble and Emperador Dark marble.
