LA Live Hotel and Residence the latest addition to the downtown skyline includes the JW Marriot Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel and condominiums. The hotel base exterior walls feature mechanically attached Indian Pearl Grey sandstone with a cleft finish designed to create a basket weave pattern. Each of the 878 rooms at the JW Marriott includes ceramic tile bathrooms, suites featuring a water jet mosaic entry floor and stone finished bathrooms. The Ritz Carlton's 214 condominiums incorporate limestone bathrooms, engineered stone kitchen counters and a marble entry. The Marriott Main Lobby, Ritz Carlton Residence and Hotel Lobby flooring showcase a combination of marbles.
