The Montana 1 luxury condominiums are located in Historic Old Town Pasadena. The exterior skin of the building features mechanically attached 36" x 18" x11/4" machine smooth Anamosa limestone from Iowa. To create a Mid-West aesthetic, images of hawks were hand carved on the buildings facade. Blocks of Anamosa limestone were used for the exterior water feature. The interior walls are composed of Anamosa limestone with machine smooth, honed and bedface finishes. The flooring in the public areas and corridors consist of 24" x 24" polished Crema Europa limestone.
