The newly completed Emerson luxury apartments is one of few residential towers in the bustling Financial District of downtown Los Angeles. At 19-stories this 271-unit tower boasts high end finishes. The units showcase porcelain tile floors, white engineered quartz for the kitchen counter tops accompanied by ceramic tile back-splash. The bathrooms show grey marble from Greece in 6" x12" pieces at the shower walls and slabs for the tub-surrounds. Floors are composed of 12" x 24" porcelain tile. The main lobby is furnished with vein cut travertine floors in 2'x4' pieces and matching wall panels in 4'x8' sizes. Public spaces feature quartzite, basalt and granite.
